If you have any problems finding an appropriate appointment, this may be due to the system using pre-configured timings which are used to allow enough time to work with average hair length and thickness and sometimes allow more time than is needed. If you do encounter difficulty booking, please contact the salon by telephone and we will see if we can re-arrange our timings to accommodate your wishes.

PLEASE NOTE: When inputting your mobile telephone number into the booking system, please omit the first zero as it uses an international format. If you are using your mobile, the system uses flags to identify the country number which can take a long time. Just input 44 after the + and before your number.

There are no wash and blow-dry or styling-only options available for online bookings.

If you are booking a tinting service (not highlights) a skin compatibility test must be performed at least 48 hours before application of the tint.
